Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Seawind Systems. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • Our policy lasts 5-7 days from the date of purchase. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or newspapers cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, hazardous, or flammable.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted if the item shows obvious signs of use or is damaged for reasons not due to our error

3. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@seawindsystems.com.

4. Razorpay Payments

  • For payments processed via Razorpay, refunds will be made to the original payment method. Razorpay refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
